Bryan Moll

Chief Executive Officer

Bryan serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Gateway Jax, where he leads the company's strategic vision, business operations, stakeholder partnerships, and the delivery of its transformative downtown Jacksonville development portfolio. Under his leadership, Gateway Jax has assembled one of the largest urban redevelopment initiatives in the Southeast, advancing a multi-phase, mixed-use vision that is reshaping Downtown Jacksonville through new residential, retail, office, hospitality, and public spaces.

With more than 20 years of real estate development experience, Bryan has specialized in large-scale mixed-use projects, overseeing the entitlement, design, capitalization, and construction of developments representing more than $7 billion in stabilized value. His expertise spans every stage of the development process, from public-private partnerships and master planning to execution and long-term investment strategy.

Prior to joining Gateway Jax, Bryan served as Executive Vice President at JBG SMITH, where he led major mixed-use developments within National Landing in Arlington, Virginia, adjacent to Amazon's second headquarters. He also oversaw the master planning, entitlement, and design of a $700 million mixed-use partnership with Gallaudet University at Washington, D.C.'s Union Market.

Earlier in his career, Bryan was Executive Vice President at Strategic Property Partners (SPP), where he helped lead the delivery of the first phase of Water Street Tampa, the transformational $3.5 billion mixed-use district that redefined downtown Tampa.
