    Pearl Square is a bold $750 million transformation of Downtown Jacksonville — reimagining approximately nine city blocks into a vibrant, walkable neighborhood. Designed by renowned architects including Morris Adjmi, SK+I, and Elkus Manfredi, the neighborhood will introduce more than 1,250 new residential units, a boutique hotel, and over 200,000 square feet of retail and dining, including 20+ shops and 15+ signature restaurants. At its heart, Pearl Square features thoughtfully designed public spaces — from lush parks and widened sidewalks to a signature curbless street, outdoor dining, and community events. Now under construction, the first phase of Pearl Square is set to debut in 2026, sparking a new era of urban living in Jacksonville.
