David supports Gateway Jax’s financial operations including underwriting, project capitalization, forecasting, asset management, and investment decision-making across its mixed-use development portfolio.

He brings more than 15 years of experience spanning real estate finance, acquisitions, and asset management. Throughout his career, David has managed and advised on real estate portfolios totaling more than $1.5 billion in assets under management.

David earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Emory University and an MBA in finance and digital innovation from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School.

David lives in St. Augustine and enjoys surfing, kiteboarding, traveling, and spending time with his family. He is passionate about contributing to the continued growth and revitalization of Downtown Jacksonville.
