Jeff Willets is a Development Manager at Gateway Jax, where he leads transformative mixed-use projects in downtown Jacksonville. He has over ten years of real estate experience across development, investment, and asset management. Prior to joining Gateway Jax in 2021, Jeff managed multifamily development projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic and previously held roles at Greystar, Grosvenor, and Boston Properties. He holds an MBA from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School with a concentration in Real Estate Development, and a BA in Economics from Dickinson College.
