Matt brings more than 20 years of experience in mixed-use and retail real estate operations to Gateway Jax. As Vice President of Asset Management, he leads operational strategy, property management, and cross-functional teams while strengthening community and organizational partnerships.

Before joining Gateway Jax, Matt held senior leadership roles with Tanger, Encore Capital Management, and Simon Property Group, where he managed large retail and mixed-use portfolios, led redevelopment and acquisition integrations, and drove operational excellence and asset value. He also launched FA Retail, a full-service property management company focused on retail and mixed-use assets across Florida.

A graduate of Southern New Hampshire University, Matt relocated to Jacksonville in 2021. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing with his youngest son and restoring vintage motorcycles with his oldest son.
