Mayur Godbole heads all the preconstruction efforts for the firms development pipeline. He brings 15 years of experience in preconstruction on the general contracting side in various roles including as a Chief Estimator for 5 years.  He also has 4 years of experience working in Commercial Real Estate leading the preconstruction efforts on various developments. He has worked on a variety of complex projects including mixed use residential developments, commercial office buildings, adaptive reuse and conversions on-campus student housing etc. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a Masters in Construction Management and also has a Bachelors in Civil Engineering.
