Paul is a real estate development professional with more than 15 years of experience leading large-scale mixed-use, residential, condo-hotel, and master-planned projects across the United States, Colombia, and Venezuela. Throughout his career, he has managed projects across the full development lifecycle, from acquisition and entitlements through design, capitalization, construction, operations, and disposition.

Prior to joining Gateway Jax, Paul held development and leadership roles with prominent real estate organizations including Black Salmon Capital and The Related Group in Miami; as well as with Conconcreto in Colombia.

Paul holds a Master in Real Estate Development and Urbanism from the University of Miami and a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta in Venezuela. At Gateway Jax, he helps bring to life large-scale projects that foster economic growth, strengthen communities, and create enduring places.
