Tracy Thompson

Construction Manager

Tracy Thompson brings more than a decade of experience managing complex construction projects across every stage of development, from pre-construction planning through project delivery. As part of the Gateway Jax team, he helps oversee the construction of transformative mixed-use developments that are reshaping Downtown Jacksonville.

Throughout his career, Tracy has managed a diverse portfolio of projects spanning industrial and cold storage facilities, retail, distribution centers, healthcare, historic adaptive reuse, multifamily housing, and mixed-use developments. His expertise in construction management, coordination, and execution ensures projects are delivered with quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.

A graduate of the University of North Florida with a degree in Building Construction, Tracy remains actively engaged in advancing the industry and strengthening the Jacksonville community. He serves on the City of Jacksonville Construction Trades Qualifying Board (CTQB) and the University of North Florida Construction Management Advisory Board (CMAB), while supporting organizations dedicated to making Jacksonville an even better place to live, work, and play.

Outside of work, Tracy enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth sports, and taking advantage of everything the First Coast has to offer.
