Will is a Development Manager at Gateway Jax, where he leads transformative mixed-use projects. He has extensive experience in real estate development, construction, investment, and asset management, having managed projects totaling more than $2.1 billion across a variety of asset types. Prior to Gateway Jax, he held roles at Suffolk Construction and Audubon Communities, contributing to notable projects including the Edition Hotel & Residences in Tampa, the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, and Metro at Clearview in New Orleans.

Will has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.
